Regular maintenance includes vacuuming all floors including carpets and corners, dusting all surfaces, floor washing with appropriate products, kitchen cleaning with counters, cooktop, sink, and appliances, and bathroom cleaning and disinfection. We adapt frequency and scope — from weekly to daily. For tourist properties, regular maintenance between guests ensures perfect condition for every new arrival.
General cleaning goes far beyond regular maintenance — reaching every corner untouched in routine cleaning. Cabinet interiors, furniture tops, ventilation grilles, radiators, both-side window cleaning with frames and tracks, removal of stubborn stains and limescale deposits. We recommend at least twice yearly — spring for tourist season and autumn before winter closing. After renovations, general cleaning removes all construction dust.
