After every guest, we clean to hotel standards — every room thoroughly cleaned, bathrooms disinfected, kitchen degreased, floors vacuumed and washed. We change, wash, and iron all linens and towels. Regular grounds maintenance — lawn mowing, terrace cleaning, weed removal — plus pool maintenance with water control. Restocking consumables and appliance checks. Goal: every guest experiences the space as brand new — because this level of cleanliness generates 5-star reviews.
We personally welcome guests, hand over keys, explain house rules and appliances. We register every guest in e-Visitor — a legal obligation we take over. Throughout the stay, we answer inquiries, provide local recommendations, and solve problems. Communication in Croatian, English, and German. VIP services: transport, excursion, restaurant, and leisure arrangement. At departure: key return, property inspection, and deposit handling.
